This hands-on experience gave Kelin invaluable insights into the complexities of running a startup and solidified his passion for helping other businesses succeed.

To complement his entrepreneurial background, Kelin pursued a business education at Lakehead University, majoring in Marketing and Management. He then earned an MBA, further refining his expertise and broadening his skill set.

As a co-founder of Mikel Consulting, Kelin plays a key role in the company’s success. He draws from his vast startup experience and academic achievements to offer clients valuable business insights. Through a hands-on approach, Kelin assists clients in developing tailored business plans, pitch decks, and strategic advice. Mitch's academic achievements have earned him numerous accolades, including the prestigious Dean Braun Medal and consistent recognition on the Presidents List. He has also received awards like the BDO Canada LLP Award for excellence in financial accounting and the Northwestern Ontario CA Association Award.

As a co-founder of Mikel Consulting, Mitch is instrumental in shaping the company's financial strategy. He focuses on financial consulting, creating tailored business plans, and advising on pitch decks and funding strategies. Dominika’s diverse career spans several industries, where she has made significant contributions to renowned organizations such as Clifford Chance, an internationally recognized law firm, and Dentsply Sirona, a prominent Nasdaq-listed company with a global presence in over 120 countries.

Building on this experience, Dominika pursued an academic foundation in international relations at Metropolitan University in Prague and completed her MBA at Cambridge Business School. This academic and professional background has equipped her with a unique set of skills, enabling her to support both emerging and established businesses in implementing effective marketing strategies for exponential growth.

As Head of Business Development at Mikel Consulting, Dominika plays an essential role in expanding the company's reach across Canadian, U.S., and U.K. markets. Her expertise in market analysis, stakeholder relationships, and strategic planning ensures the company's growth and success in these key regions.

SENIOR CONSULTANT

James is a highly skilled business consultant with a strong research background. He brings his extensive experience to Mikel Consulting, offering strategic recommendations and innovative solutions to clients. Before joining Mikel Consulting, James held roles at WestPeak Research Association and QuadReal Property Group, where he gained valuable expertise in research initiatives and asset management.

James is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from the University of British Columbia. He has participated in various prestigious programs, including the UBC Sauder Co-op Program, the Finance Mentorship Program, and the Capital Markets Training Program. He has also been recognized for his skills through awards such as the Morrison Family Business Administration Scholarship and distinctions in academic competitions.
